From your account. Moving to a higher or lower plan is billed on a pro-rata basis via Stripe, with immediate effect on your features.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, then you automatically return to the Free plan limited to 2 listings.
The subscription stays active until the term already paid for, then is not renewed. A plan change, however, is adjusted on a pro-rata basis on the next invoice.
