⚠️ Identification notice. The designation « S63 AMG S » refers to the Mercedes-AMG S63 Cabriolet (A217) — there is no separate « S63 S ». Two phases: pre-facelift (2016–2017, V8 5,5 L, 585 hp, rear-wheel drive) and facelift (2017–2021, V8 4,0 L, 612 hp, 4Matic+). This datasheet covers the facelift (4,0 L). Above sat the S65 Cabriolet (V12). See section 10.
